Join us at Dogma Wine Bar for an evening of sparkling wine tasting paired with sweet and salty treats curated for you by Sommelier and Chef Pierre Azibert. 

Pierre has selected 4 special sparkling wines from different wine regions in Portugal, pairing them with the perfect salty food to enhance the flavor of the sparkling wine. 
The menu includes his signature fried chicken and blue cheese macaroni.

While we are sampling wines from the different Portuguese regions, Pierre will provide insights on each of the wineries and regions represented and lead discussions on how the sparkling wines compare with each other and the food selected to accompany them.

Pierre is a native of Marseilles and received his Sommelier training in Chateauneuf du Pape.  He has worked at restaurants across the world including London and New York.  Pierre moved to Porto in 2024 and currently operates a pop-up lunch spot, works as a private chef and hosts tasting events.
