DESCRIPTION:We raised €546 for APF!  \n\n\n\nThank you to Quevedo Lodge and everyone who attended this event on Oct. 15\, 2025 . We are especially grateful to the Representatives from APF for educating us about the critically important work APF does to combat human trafficking\, homelessness\, addiction\, domestic violence and so much more.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n\n\n\n\n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n\n\n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease join us for our Port and Cheese Social at The Quevedo Lodge in Vila Nova de Gaia!  \n\n\n\nQuevedo is a small winery from the Douro Valley with a rich heritage of wine making in Portugal. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will gather to mix and mingle upstairs in the Lodge\, a unique 200-year-old building located in the historic Gaia Cais area.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWe will learn about this award winning\, knowledgeable and friendly company while enjoying their finest Port wines and hand selected culinary delights.  \n\n\n\nWhether you’re here to explore new flavors\, connect with fellow enthusiasts\, or simply unwind\, we’re glad you’ve joined us! \n\n\n\nDate: October 15\, 2025Time: 5 – 7 pm \n\n\n\nPlace: The Quevedo LodgeRua de Santa Marinha 774400-291 Vila Nova de Gaia \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPrice: Members – €50Non members – €55Our charity for this event is APF – Associação Para o Planemento da Familia€14 from each ticket sold will go to this worthy charity.If you are unable to attend\, please consider making a donation.  \n\n\n\nOur evening will include :* Welcome drink: Port and tonic* 10-year-old white port* Organic Reserve Ruby port* 10-year-old Tawny port* Selection of Portuguese cheeses and charcuterie\, including Iberico ham* Olives\, lupine beans\, bread\, and olive oil* Grilled “chouriço”* Chocolate and a selection of Portuguese sweets \n\n\n\nWe are very excited to share this event supporting Portuguese business and charity.
